Job description:

Join the team that developed the first plug-n-play PaaS for connected medical devices, and help us redesign the way healthcare is delivered. If you are a highly skilled DevOps developer who will take ownership of end-to-end application and software development processes, and who is a great team player, keep reading. We're looking for passionate people who like to get stuff done, who can always focus on the big picture, and are ready to keep learning and improving, no matter how long they've been in the business. We care about deadlines and quality, and we’re looking for someone who cares a lot about their work and takes pride in it. We are flexible on when and where you work from, but we are a startup, so there will be times when you’ll probably have to work harder and longer than you would in a corporate environment, but we’ll all be working side by side.

Job responsibilities:

· Improve software development and release lifecycle efficiencies by modernizing processes & workflows and building a robust CI/CD pipeline

· Work with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably

· Participate in design discussion and contribute to technical decisions

· Provide guidance in organizing, securing, and automating existing product development workflows

· Ensure continuous improvement and technology upgrades

· Review existing systems and modify features accordingly

· Enhance application performance, speed, and scalability

· Deploy new infrastructure to unleash the potential of connected products and services

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identity opportunities for improvement

· Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, and software reliability analysis

· Participate in all design, development, implementation, and documentation stages

· Become a core part of the full-stack team to build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in a technical role such as Systems Engineer, Sys Admin, DevOps Engineer or equivalent in production cloud environments, delivering customer-facing web applications and/or online services

  • Strong experience with CI/CD concepts and implementation
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database administration
  • Familiar with scripting languages
